   This song, a classic, by the way, is simply about sneaking into your girlfriend's window at night to sleep with her because her parents disapprove of your relationship.
   Serial killer, Richard Ramirez, loveddd AC/DC and even said that he was inspired by some of AC/DC's songs in his killings. I think Ramirez took it the wrong way because the lyrics certainly do sound like sneaking into someone's home and murdering them brutally.

   Wrong. Richard Ramirez and the link to Night Prowler happened after Bon Scott's death. It was Malcolm Young on a VH1 AC/DC special that said, "That song is not called night stalker it's called Night Prowler and it's about things you used to do when you were a kid like sneaking in a girlfriends bedroom window when their parents were sleeping."

   no no no, thats not true.
   bon said that it was about a boy sneaking into his girlfriends house at night because her parents didnt want him to be with her.
   
   or thats what bon said after a really bad case where a serial killer said that he was inspired by night prowler... so he had to say SOMETHING
