Alexisonfire: The Northern Meaning
The Northern Lyrics
Judge so severe
Seven trumpets speak
Oh they speak him near
He comes, he comes
Judge so severe
Seven trumpets speak
Oh, they speak him near
He comes, he comes
Judge so severe
Seven trumpets speak
Oh, they speak...

I believe the song is about Judgement Day under a wrathful God. It mentions "He comes, He comes/Judge so severe" which is very indicative of the Lord in the use of "He". It would act sort of like the Rapture, except judging the world is judging the individuals and killing them.
In the "chorus" of the song, the speaker says "I want to go to heaven" over the line "I'm going to go to heaven when I die." When he is judged, he wishes for the best. He says his mother, father, sister, and brother ought to be there. The song says "Hallelujah" and "I will praise the Lord" in the "bridge" of the song.
"Roll Jordan, roll Jordan, roll, Jordan" could mean the Jordan River in the Middle East, but I don't know.
