Calvin Harris: Giant Meaning
-
I believe that the songwriter here wants us to know that his parents went through many struggles such as drug abuse when he says, "Saw the pills, on your table, for your unrequited love" meaning that his parents felt depressed because they didn't get the love they deserved, so now he is a giant and wants to acknowledge what his parents did for him and now he is the one using his strength and knowledge to guide his parents through the right path. Btw, gotta respect Calvin's music production.
