Autumn Leaves Lyrics

Yeah, baby, you, oh
Yeah, uh, uh

If you leave this time I fear that you'll be gone for good
So I hold on like leaves in fall to what is left
Said her father left her young and
He said he'll be back with that same tone that you just said...

A love lost. The Autumn Leaves are that person of sentiment who has been disappointed in the past and continues to disappoint in a relationship by leaving, mind the pun. The iceberg would be that glacier portion that detaches itself from the remainder of the iceberg by floating. Also a consultation is made with God 'before I sleep' ambiguous in meaning. There will always be a memory of lost love , a shadow, reflection, mirrored.

Chris brown has betrayed his partner's (karrueche) trust by being unfaithful or abusive in the past on more than one occassion portrayed by kendrick's lyrics ("and I poked at it, and I poked at it, and I poked at it, and it broke")referring to chris damaging his partner's trust in him to the point that it broke, past the point of fixing. She forgave him over and over again, even though eventually she could no longer trust him, and their relationship was inevitably destroyed. He still loved her and thus stuck with her, knowing that one day she would realise that she couldnt be with him anymore. Therefore, despite knowing that she would leave him eventually, he hung on to her and their relationship like an autumn leave that was bound to fall.

the song touches various aspects from love, dreams and life aspirations.

    love
chris brown effectively denotes a scenario of sm1 fearful of being hurt due to history repeating itself in course. it depicts a girl who has nothing else to live for except love as she has been abondoned by her father in a good dilemna of ever coming back. she is tryna use God to keep it up all safe but she's even skeptic of God's help as she feels God might be angry with her.

Chris brown is regretful of his life and his union with the devil and illuminati .He thus wants to come back to a normal life which has no devil to play part in .He uses symbolic lyrics to question how God would react to him if he came back to him "i think God must be mad with me ".
Kendrick Lamar questions God so much in his symbolic rap style .The song may seem to address a girl in a relationship some way but it actually has a satanic and some religious meaning .think about it.look into certain Chris brown lyrics and Kendrick Lamar lines .

if u doubt it look at the lyrics of the song "party Monster "by The weekend and Kendrick Lamar.
.....each line or verse or word is inspired by something or someone in these musicians lyrics .Its more than what you think .Don't just listen to music look at the lyrics. The are so into evil .believe me ......

What does this song mean? What are Chris and Kendrick trying to say? Is it a bad song or a good one as in love wise. Is Chris writing to say something bad or good? What does Kendrick mean when he has his singing part?

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
