Christina Aguilera: Voice Within Meaning
Voice Within Lyrics
I'll be right here when your world starts to fall
Ooh
Young girl, it's alright
Your tears will dry, you'll soon be free to fly
Ooh
When you're safe inside your room, you tend to dream
Of a place where nothing's...

I feel that this song has a link to bullying? It's aimed at people who are outcasts, who are belittled and knocked down regularly. In this song, she's telling you to not listen to the ones around you. She's telling you to ignore the voices on the outside. Don't listen to the voices in your head, the ones that agree with whatever you are being told is wrong with you. Instead, listen to your heart. Listen to the one person who will always be there for you: yourself! I think she's saying to not let what others say get you down. Instead, rise above it and be who you really are. This song is by far my favourite Christina Aguilera song, and the meaning is one of the main reasons for that!
