I think it's about someone who's so emotionally depressed and eventually killed him/herself. Little did that person know, there will always be a person who really cares about him/her and never wish for him/her to die but unfortunately, he/she is now. That dead person is now a soul who is watching her/his funeral and saw everyone cry, it's so true that he/she regret killing his/herself. All she/he can do now is stare at her grave, regretting everything.

I think this song is about how someone has been emotionally detached from someone they loved, and that other person is saying that they want them to come back to them. No matter how many tears you may shed about someone, you have to accept the fact that you still love that person and want to go back to them. I also see some hints about it's okay to be sad, and that eventually you can find happiness.
