Snitches and Talkers Get Stitches and Walkers Lyrics
I, I, I will break his jaw
I won't, I won't, I won't let him get his hopes up
No-oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh
And I will save him from himself
Here's a picture with a no-note
"No, don't turn out like...

1TOP RATED
#1 top rated interpretation:The song is actually about a girl who uses guys - the narrator was one of her past boyfriends and he's warning the listener about him. Homewrecker with a heart of gold. The heart of gold doesn't mean she's really sweet inside - it means she loves money and material goods and those things only. She's superficial.
-
I think this is about (the narrator) telling people to not turn out like him. And how you shouldn’t have like really big hopes in life (show me a starry eyed kid I will Break his jaw won’t let him get his hopes up) and how you should believe everything you hear (get into the sun out from behind the gossip) and how all the stories are about home wreckers who turn out to be good(this stories getting old a home wrecker with a heart of gold) or maybe about a girl who doesn’t treat him right but he still wants to be with her(keep talking keep this alive. You’re still worth lying for)
-
Ok I believe that this is about a kid or teen boy who loves this girl and he gets jealous when someone stares at her and that he doesn't want that kid to try and go for it when he knows the result as you can probably tell when he says
"show me, show me, show me a starry-eyed kid
i,i,i will break his jaw
i wont, wont,i wont, let him get his hopes up"
at the same time that he really likes her he is trying to warn the kid that she is someone that is only looking for money and that she is a cheat and that in the end she wrecks ppls lives. now the part
"keep you locked up I'm the trunk of my mind"
is a little iffy but I think it means that he is always thinking about her. also I think that he is cheating with her and that he lies so that no one will know.
and then finally I think that in the end when he screams stop he's tryin to say that the whole thing is over.
well I hope this helped. -

- How is it about internet predators?

This kind of a crazy song, but as always it has meaning. Fall Out Boy songs are often hard to pinpoint with a meaning, but I'll give it a try. This song is like a warning to all of the kids and teens out there that dream obliously of fame and popularity. Some believe that they can go out and do or be whatever they want to and still come back to who they were and be good people, but he's saying that's it's not like that. "the story's getting old, the homewrecker with the heart of gold..." He's saying to all those who want to be famous that it often turns you bad and fame is really over rated as being this wonderful thing, but it isn't always. A reality check for all of those dreamers out there.

I think this songs about someone who is going through a rough patch in his life and feels so messed up. Whenever he thinks about people with out issues he gets so jealous it drives him crazy (not literally)

Your interpretation doesn't fit the song. I know what you're saying, but does it really make sense that they just put somehting about a relationship in the chorus and don't refer to it at all in the rest of the song? All I'm saying is that I heard pete wentz say at a concert that it was about internet predators.

I think you are on crack!
Show me, show me, show me a starry-eyed kid
i, i, I will break his jaw
i won't, I won't, I won't let him get his hopes up
no-oh-oh-oh
and I will save him from himself
here's a picture with a note
"no, don't turn out like me"
it's only for your own good
thats saying that he doesn't want people to turn out like him. He doesn't want some young kid with all the potential in the world to repeat what he did.
'and haven't you heard
the word on the street is
"I lost it, called it quits"
get it into the sun,
out from behind the gossip'
don't listen to all of what you hear. Get your head out of the gutter and get a life.
'this story's getting old
a homewrecker with a heart of gold
keep you locked up in the trunk of my mind
keep, k-keep talking
keep this alive'
she a homewrecker but has a heart of gold. She knows whats she's doing, but still loves him. And keep this alive, is referring to their relationship. -
