A simple interpretation would be that they were so caught up in themselves and being different from everyone else that once they woke up from that dream, they didn't know what had happened to the rest of the world.

Seeing as the Young Blood Chronicles music videos places Where Did The Party Go? in a hospital, it may mean that they were doing something either outrageously stupid or dangerous and didn't understand how they had ended up there and why the world had turned so dark and disturbed.

I think "where did the party go" in the song is saying that what happened to everyone meaning fans or something along those line.
