It may be a possible theory that he is referring to any kind of Rumor started.

(I'm that anonymous who posted the interpretation related to the notion of the plague spreading in Europe, read my interpretation before reading this as this is just an add-up part to that.)
Now, you can apply this plague's movement to how this 'oh yeah yeah' has spread on Youtube, if you are in sync with what's going on on Youtube, then you'd surely know about the 'oh yeah yeah' comment being spammed by people, because they were suggested to do so by Youtuber MaximillianMus.
(written on 4Feb,2019)
The oh yeah yeah thing is the plague right now and anyone can really relate it to the lyrics. It has spread unexpectedly and the people who spam the comment are the 'rats'.
Well, that's about it,
Rock on men, enjoy your lives. -
It's based on the notion of the plague caused by rats and can be applied to countless things, As Tobias said in an interview, it's about how some things spread around really quickly, unexpectedly. When like, it all slips from your hand and there is turmoil.
And according to many people, yeah it can be directed to Christians, by calling them the rats and calling Christianity the plague that has spread. Now, I'm not racist, this christian related thingy is just what I saw a lot of people talking about so I put it forward, in no way is that my own opinion. And also, my interpretation might be outmatched by another interpretation so, bleh.
Rock all day men, enjoy your lives. -
Immigration from the third world to Europe
-
1. The black plague carried by rats that wiped out half the population of Europe.
