    It represents how people feel they see others from above as they prey on their fears to keep them down. This gives them the feeling they are better but in the end he is the same as any other, who is waiting for him to show a weakness to prey on them too. The same way he preys on weakness, others do too to feel better with themselves and look from "the top". Those he trust as "friends" are just waiting for him to trust enough to bring them down once he tell a weakness of his.
