James Arthur: Train Wreck Meaning
Train Wreck Lyrics
Waiting for the sirens
Signs, any signs I'm alive still
I don't wanna lose it
I'm not getting through this
Hey, should I pray? should I pray
To myself? To a God?
To a saviour who can
Unbreak the broken
Unsay these...

#1 top rated interpretation:I think the meaning of that "train wreck" is the depression and hardships that he is experiencing.
The part " I'm not ready to die, not yet" is about the times he has those suicidal thoughts. And the part "Be my God, be my help, be my savior" he is trying to seek God and asks help from him to set him free from depression/hardships that he cannot go through. This song is really good, it explains that when you're going through depression/hardships we need to seek God because he is the only one who can help us to get through anything...Listen to the song and don't give up! -

#3 top rated interpretation:I think when he says train wreck hes talking abt the mess of his life and/or the society of this world that hes been trapped in. And when he says "I dont wanna die not yet" i think hes saying he wants to get relief from the pain of life but he doesnt wanna die either.

For me, this song is about dealing with my depression and anxiety. “Unbreak the broken, Unsay these spoken words, find hope in the hopeless, Pull me out the train wreck”. Sometimes, the hardest battles are in your own mind and all you want to have is someone pulling you out of these thoughts 'To myself? To a God? To a savior who can'. This song really puts those thoughts into words. This song really helped me and helped me understanding myself and made me feel understood. Thank you!

in this song i think he is talking about suicidal thoughts knowing he is on he tracks tied and the train is coming. he is about to give up but asking "Hey, should I pray? should I pray To myself? To a God? To a savior who can" knowing he sees there is a god but is faith is lost. he realize is life is a literally train wreck and he needs help "Pull me out the train wreck" signifies as such
-
I see it as someone asking God for assistance when no one else will but in the end james arthur has the last say in what the song means after all he wrote it and I feel ut was written more for him you know more like a Wake-up call to hinself but yet again we can all only make speculations on what the meaning behind the song is
Kind regards

The song is encouraging us to be closer to God because He is the only one who can help get through these fucking life difficulties. The lines' unsay spoken words, people might look down upon you and even cause your failure; Prayers is the only solutions to such..

What the song Train Wreck means is that he is telling God to help him and take him out of this fucking mess that life is.....
I know what he means, cause I've been through and I CAN relate to this song too much.
"Pull me out" means take me out and he's begging too.. -
Being Alive and just Living are two different things in my opinion. “Unbreak the broken, Unsay these spoken words, find hope in the hopeless, Pull me out the train wreck”
I believe the goal of this song was to serenade our hearts and help us get through difficult times. His voice, the melody, the lyrics and the music was just let’s just say, meant to be. This made me draw closer to God and also helped me with going through a tough time. If you read this. You’re not ready to die not yet, God will pull you out of the train wreck. Stay strong luv❤️ -
God and Jesus Christ CAN help you. Turn to him and ask him to help you when you are in need. Talk to him like he's a friend, not a god. He is always there for you and listens to you when you need it. Share you testimonies with others and help them learn that God is the only way to be 'pulled out from a train wreck'.

I think that he wants to be pulled out of the mess in his life and get god to help and so the bit where he says "are you ready to die not yet pull me put of the train wreck" i think thats referring to he dosnt want to die he juat wants everything in his life to bw fixed without dying he wants to be pulled out of all the mess and just not die
-
I think what Train Wreck means is, He is wanting God to pull him out of his mess. And he’s questioning who he prays to. (Myself. Or to a God) a savior who can. This song is GREAT to listen to when your down or feeling lonely. Because if you really dig deep into this song it will lead you closer to God. I have been getting dragged away from God recently and after I heard this song I feel like I’m getting so much closer with Him.

Train wreck: I feel like he's trying to quit or get away from the illuminati before they plot his death. (Lyric:i'm not ready to die,not yet.)But he doesn't wanna lose his proffesion nor his fame but also, he don't wanna be involve with the secret society anymore (Lyric:i don't wanna lose this but I'm not getting through it). In this song I feel like,he's seeking God for forgiveness and crying for help to God to give him a chance.(A million chances is still a chance, Should I pray should I fray to A God to a saviour who can)I also feel that he regret some of his choice (maybe joining the illuminati for fame) nonetheless he's still talented by his own(Lyric:unsay these spoken words) "unburn the ashes" : (burning the Bible to join the Secret society) Pull me out the train wreck: asking God to help him get out of his mess.

I think that Train Wreck is saying that, when times get hard, don't give up. I also get God vibes from this part "Hey, should I pray? should I pray To myself? To a God? To a saviour who can" At the end of the 1st verse. In that aspect, I believe that this is saying that there is a God who hears you, and will never give up on you, so ask him to pull you out of the Train Wrecks.
