Jason Derulo: Ridin' Solo Meaning
Song Released: 2010
Ridin' Solo Lyrics
Yeeeeeyeeeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
I'm feeling like a star, you can't stop my shine,
I'm loving cloud nine, my head's in the sky,
I'm solo, I'm riding solo,
I'm riding solo, I'm ridin solo, sooloooo.
Yeah, I'm feeling good...
-
This song is about the ending of a relationship and he's able to move on just fine. Maybe he had a controlling girlfriend?
-
The first part on the song was about how he was living a good life and that noone was stoping him from doing nothing. He said he is going to go out tonight and do whatever he feels like.
In The b section people were telling him to get his story right so he got his story right and it says " Now I made it through the weather" so now people got to know him more.
In Verse 2 he is feeling like he is on top of the world he can just keep on singing he's flying in the air with his wings spread high.
Torward the last part he is making his words so long like S-O-L-O. So now the arist is single and he is loving it.
