music industry is dead anyways, I love music in the year 2009 to 2010, those years were the best, no porn included, this song is completely garbage, and I'm a 90's baby, I'm also a guy, and I hated disgusting public music, mainstream is like s### nowadays, I don't know bout some of u gurls on wat y'all think of this song, like if u a hoe and listening to this song, u should be ashamed of yo self, I would spank u if i was yo daddy,if u are 17 and under. but, I rather just listen to true love words lyrics back then, than nasty lyrics nowadays.
-
Yo woman who does stuff at home, please keep that to yourself. I do not want to be reading about what you do at home with your man. You can get sick. I think that this song is disgusting, it should NOT be put on the radio. I do not believe the kind of wickedness that people are willing to do just for money. Other than the nastintess, the song has a great beat. That is the only thing I like, the beat, and Nicki Manaj's rap. Derulo, I am so disappointed in you.
-
I sort of figured this is what this song is about. It's a disappointment! Like, me a young easily influences teen girl should not be able to listen to this on the frickin radio! It's so stupid! And it says a lot about our world. It's not that great that a freshman should easily understand what this song is about just by reading the name. It's a disgrace to all meaningful artists who actually put a message in their song other than sexualizing women. We should be moving forward ppl, not back!
-
This is truly disgusting. You want to proudly sing this song and share it with the world, okay, go for it. But why the hell would you put garbage like this on the radio? Why let little innocent kids who have no idea what this song means repeat after these words...why? I'll never get that.

Derulo said;
"I never believe in forcing a collaboration. You know, I’m a fan of both of theirs and I thought that they fit the track perfectly. It’s one of those ones that’ll get you up and doing your thing. I feel like it’s gonna stick out on the radio. There’s nothing that sounds like it."[5]

Really! It's always about sex nowadays but whatever... They're getting the money.... and that's what it is...but I just don't understand.
-
Sex sex sex throughout the whole song.
-
Yes because swallowing cum is really radio play worthy. Disgusting. Filth. What a complete load of shit. Degrading sexual songs blah blah blah, same old shit. What a waste.

Derulo previewed "Swalla" in a video posted in August 2016.[4] He officially announced it as a single on January 2, 2017.[4] "Swalla" premiered on February 23, 2017,[5] and was released for digital download on iTunes Store the next day.[6] While talking about the song on the red carpet of the 59th Grammy Awards, Derulo said;
"I never believe in forcing a collaboration. You know, I’m a fan of both of theirs and I thought that they fit the track perfectly. It’s one of those ones that’ll get you up and doing your thing. I feel like it’s gonna stick out on the radio. There’s nothing that sounds like it."[5]
On May 12, 2017 the trio released "Swalla (After Dark Remix)", a slow-paced acoustic remix of the original song.[7]
To the girl who commented below, what you do in private with your man should be kept private.
Conversely, girls who do this would possibly gag or get a disease.
However, there are many ways to show love without doing this like the lyrics of the song.
But.. To each his own

It's about girls swallowing cum
-
It's disgusting. What is wrong with people these days. It has a good beat. Everything is about sex. Definitely not what I want my teenage daughter listening to. Clean your lyrics up people.
-
Whatever guys the song rocks, those feelings keep them to yourself and enjoy the beats.
-
Ummmm..... I would never swallow cum from anyone. With some more appropriate lyrics and maybe a few REAL instruments, this song might be okay. Besides the lyrics, all the computer sounds that are used make this song a piece of crap.
-
Please. No. Don't do this to me Derulo. And how are they allowed to play this on the radio? Makes it bloody awkward in the car when I'm with mum listening to radio when along comes a song about ... Swallowing cum. Bleh. Such a shame since its a catchy song.
-
It is about girls swallowing cum, but it is rated explicit, so you should know that it's not going to be good. Its catchy, but you can her the drop and swallowing sounds in the song. I like it, but I also tend to not pay attention to the lyrics when I listen to a song. I don't think people should say that its good because all girls are going to do it, because they aren't. It's catchy, but you should think about it before letting your kids listen to it.
