Garden Song Lyrics
Gonna make this garden grow
All it takes is a rake and a hoe
And a piece of fertile ground
Inch by inch, row by row
Someone bless these seeds I sow
Someone warm them from below
Till the rain comes tumbling...

For me this song is about making the commitment to making the world a better place, recognizing that it's a process that happens over time, that it takes patience, work and that some forces are beyond our control. We do what we can, where we can and when we can and operate on faith that better times are coming. We have to do our part, and the Universe, Divine Providence, the Fates, God, the Goddess, whatever gods there be... will do theirs.
