   I think it's about a toxic relationship that someone escaped. But they kept going back no matter what then finally they reached their limit and left. Now they still wanna go back but they keep.reminding themselves of the scars they got,both physical and mental and that's the only thing that's holding them back

   It's about being in a toxic relationship. As much as the abusee has been thru with this person, he's still so very much in love with his abuser, but his scars (tears, broken heart....) remind him to not run back. Even if the feelings are still there.
   The lyrics are pretty self explanatory.

   Maybe it's a relationship between a couple, and I guess one of them is always cheating on their loved one, but they don't wanna let them go, but the other person in the relationship does and is done with what they had to put up with...

   The person wants them to know about them regretting the fact that they fell in love with the person in the first place.

   I guess in this part they're saying that the person breaking it off doesn't want to hear the apology it what they have to say, they want the person to let go, even though the person that's breaking it off still secretly has feelings for them, although they have be hurt all these times.
