    It could be seen that this is about losing a loved one, and trying to cope with the grief that comes from such an traumatic exxperience.. the line "Don't try and test me 'cause you'll get a reaction" shows the delicate state she's in, and how on the edge of 'a reaction' she is. The reference to "should have worn a bra love" could suggest she's lacking the support she needs at such a time.
