When somebody is being bullied for any reason.Be it their sexuality ,size ,personality, or just simply because they are more beautiful. Bullying is wrong and that is the meaning. In the music video it shows a man that Marsha is shown to love very deeply, he IS gay and he is emotionally involed with a guy. Towards the end he is shown being beat up and sadly that happens every day.To me the message at the very end when she talks about her friend, that is the meaning.Just because you are against homosexuality don't bully, it's wrong and can lead to suicide.
