This song is actually by Jeff Lynne's ELO. It's about a guy who sang in his car. The release of the From Out Of Nowhere album resulted in a lot of problems in our world. Jeff's daughter has a jealous ex, and they experienced a major episode when the album was released. Out of spite for the band and the person who sang in their car, the jealous ex placed the car singer under terrorist surveillance, and they've been stalked and sexually harassed each day for the last few years. The world will be a much better place when this terrorist is brought to justice.
