Behind the Mask Lyrics

(Verse)
All along I had to talk
About it
Like a two edged sword,
He touched you and it stabs (me)
All along I knew you were
A phony girl
You sit behind the mask
And you control your world
Sit Around and i watched your face
I try to find the...

I just want to say this song is from the Thriller era, before everyone went crazy and all the conspiracies began so no, it's not about illuminaties or anything and just like other songs from the era, it's a song about love in which someone is not being clear about how the feel but clearly love someone else that isn't Michael and talks trash about him when she is with this other guy but still wants Michael.

This is totally exposure of the music industry. See, if anyone really read and paid attention to Mike, he was hurt, tortured if you will. He grew in the industry, and as a child saw the filth and madness that brewed behind the scenes. He is telling us not to believe the hype that the industry shows, but to really listen and interpret the meanings of these songs and find the messages within each line.

Its about the illuminati! for example, read the first four lines. Hes saying if he exposes them it hurts there reputation but then they torture him. see how he says 2 edge sword but he gets stabbed. In order to get stabbed the other person has to be using the sword

It is obviously for Lisa Mary Prisley. Compere the lyrics with the time Michael was with her, before and after. Apparently, all we know is that Michael hired her in a difficult moment but it would not impossible to fail in love with her while she had a good time with the money. She was the one who left him when he suffered in his doom and obviously if you watched interviews with her, you would see how hypocrite she is. However, always when Michael wrote a song is some kind of secret code, you can interpreted in a different way but difficult to give it in one way.

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway

Literally: It is a story of a relationship of two lovers in which only one is in love but he/she is confused because the other one is not clear about her/his real feelings.

It's about a girl who can't make up her mind on who she loves which leaves Michael confused! She lies to his face and fakes everything just for him to stay.

This passage refers to the illuminati or the New World Order: i.e. the moneyed real rulers of the planet Earth.
