#1 top rated interpretation:He was at a bar and he bumped into a woman that was looking for a way out of a relationship. He warned her that he would unintentionally leave her with neon eyes. He cared about her but she also didn't understand what he was warning her about. He hated to see her cry but at the same time he knew he was going to leave her crying. He didn't want her to get to close because he knew that he would unintentionally break her heart. He didn't want to be behind the reason that she was crying but at the same time she wouldn't listen to what he was saying in the first place about what it was going to be like to love a cowboy.
