   I would say it is about a man that goes and eats Mexican seafood and they say seafood makes you horny. He did some stuff he wasn't supposed to do and woke up and experienced hell, it could also relate to Kurt's stomach problems that he went through.

   Actually, Kurt said that it was a touching love song for the female sibling whom he never had; he was afraid to use plain words for fear that the public might think his incestuous daydreams to be inappropriate, so he used coded words.
   "Hurts when I pee" actually means, "Your soft brown hair and earth-brown eyes sing to my soul."

   This song is quite obviously about someone who is std ridden. In particular it references a yeast infection or in kurt's words mexican seafood. you see a little bit of his humor in this song. but it also goes to show his obsession with the female anatomy. Kurt had a bizarre interest in diseased vaginas and fetuses. He even gave his previous girlfriend tracy a collage that consisted of pictures of diseased vaginas and slaps of meat as a gift. RIP KURT
