This was the demo for Stay Away that touches on certain club owner's unfair policy of forcing bands to pre-sell tickets if they wanted to play there. Band profits would be anything over the number of tickets required, or they could just sell them at a higher price.

When you play shows sometimes you have to pay to play meaning ypu have to pay money to keep a time slot at a gig or pay to be on the bill, most cases these shows are at popular clubs where there will be maximum exposure for your band if you pay to play. The title was changed to stay away rerecorded and released on Nevermind.
