I think it means someone that has a hard life threw depression and a rough life no matter what they do love life is shit and no one around will help when you ask for help your just odd to the society life to everyone around you so basically thats why he also say ive been threw hell cause no one has delt with things you have like no other.

Pretty self explanatory. Person is pretty depressed and is aware they need help. I can relate to the "I've got so much I need to say" part a lot. They have a lot to say but can't bring theirself to say it
