Although I dont know exactly what the whole Song is about, its easy to tell, the lead singer is talking about how people allow the radio to control their lives, and put fear into them, and making that their only focus (Fear is your only God),he is also explaining that every time he turns on the radio,or listens to it (Turn on the radio),all there is is stuff made to scare people, hes sick of it so he turns it off (naw,F*** it,turn it off),he could also be referancing Vietnam, since it was so controvercial, and things were put into peoples heads to make them scared of their own country, baby killing and such, and then he compares that to today's world, which is similar (the Iraq war),this could also be why the song is called Vietnow, which is a combination of Vietnam, and the word now,as in present time.
