    The song is about Reba meeting an old man who tells her about his wife Chelsea who died and how that even though she's gone, he will always love her and that he was so lucky to have her in his life for sixty wonderful years. Reba is syaing that she wants to be somebody's chelsea and be loved unconditionally like the man's Chelsea was to him.

    the old man is telling her about his wife, chelsea, and how much he loved her and still does even though she's gone. reba is saying that she wants to be loved like that. she wants to be somebody's chelsea.
