    It's the story of a little crippled boy who liked to ride in his Pa's tractor trailer rig. The Pa was killed in an accident and the boy, naturally, misses his Pa and the rides they used to take. The boy would get on their base CB radio and talked to the truckers on a nearby highway. After telling his story the truckers came by to give him rides.

    The song is about child molestation..... "Well you better believe I took my turn turn at riding Teddy Bear..." This obviously is a song about truckers abusing a kid that got on the cb radio.
