Sugarcult: Pretty Girl (The Way) Meaning
Pretty Girl (The Way) Lyrics
Pretty soon she'll figure out what his intentions were about
That's what you get for falling again
You can never get 'em out of your head
It's the way
That he makes you feel
It's the...

I actually always thought that it's about an abusive relationship. Not only on an emotional level but also physical. He's stuck in her head even though he hurt her and the confession is a clue on trial.
"With bruises on her ego and her killerInstinct tells her to 'be aware of evil men' "
She fell for him one to many times and can never erase the memory of it. -
You know what I think It's about?? It's about a girl, who used to like--No--LOVE, this guy and he always broke he heart. But she keeps giving him chances. Yeah. And I think that it's about time for once that this guy gets HIS heart broken for once.

Pretty girl is suffering, while he confesses everything.
Pretty soon, she'll figure out what his intentions were about
I think those lines are about how he was cheating on her with someone else. That he lied about why he got together with her in the first place.
And that's what you get for falling again;
You can never get 'em out of your head.
And that's what you get for falling again;
You can never get 'em out of your head...
This could mean that he told her his intentions too late. She alreayd loved him too much. SO now that she see's him with her, she feels horrible/sad/etc.
It's the way
That he makes you feel.
It's the way
That he kisses you.
It's the way
That he makes you fall in love...
For some reason, I always feel like there is an underlying resentment in this verse. It could mean that she is starting to hate herself for falling for him, and not being able to let go, or just for not figuring it out sooner.
She's beautiful as usual with bruises on her ego and
Her killer instinct tells her to be aware of evil men.
This is where she learned from both her mistakes and her own or others judgments. Her pride was hurt by his rejection of her for someone else. She now 'searches' for intentions or something similar so as not to get caught unaware like she did before. She will not allow herself to be blinded by her feelings.
