   Saying that we as americans have no power or no arms in a democracy and the bubble jungle is bubble or a place we are trapped in and a jungle is chaos.

   Fish that don’t drown- soldiers hiding underwater
   Life in a bubble jungle-something about the type of life the people in this country live in(most likely a 3rd world country
   
   I wouldn't frown- don't give up hope
   Not short another chuckle-there is nothing funny about the situation
   
   Snake in the ground- most likely a snake hole( snake hole is a small hole in the ground were soldiers can hide and ambush people)
   But I was in there for you- a friendly soldier(a rebel)in the snake hole
   Now leaving town- trying to escape the country
   Life in a bubble jungle
   
   Seeing you believing
   Us adhering
   The power struck- people serving someone who currently has power (probably hoping for some reward(most likely their life)

   The power struggle- the person believing their life will be saved
