Bad Sun Lyrics
Like the spring we are such fools
Like fall we are the prophets
Like winter we are cruel
I don't know what's wrong with us
They just made us this way
There's a hole in you and me
That pulls us...

I see this song as one about a sort of "Bonnie and Clyde" relationship. From what I gather from the song, the two people in the song are very bad people, and have been bad people since youth. The intensity of how bad they are can't be gauged, but criminal activity can't be ruled out. As such, they see a sort of kindred spirit in each other, and partly because of their mutual love of doing bad things, they love each other very much.
