The Offspring: Kill the President Meaning
Kill the President Lyrics
Who'd start all the wars?
The world that you're saving
Will always be yours
Kill the President
Listen to the voice of reason
Unify with that single line
Stop the man with the power
Of the government

Me thinks it’s about all the offspring band members, sitting down for a cup of tea with the commander in chief, to discuss what the band can do to help with the problems of the nation.
Dexter ends up playing with the presidents penis, and although he doesn’t seem to mind, a swarm of secret service men break down the door to the room and demand for Dexter to “drop that dong!”
As soon as he’s able to tear himself away, he’s shocked to see every secret service “member” (HA! Get it? “Member”? Anyone? ...hello?)
Ahem... anyway, he’s shocked to find that each of the SS guys now have all their wangs out, neatly polished, and eager for a little reach around! Dexter, being the trooper that he is, wastes no time getting into a position... that quite frankly is something I’ve never seen before, and it would be impossible for me to properly express just how impressive it was with a few mere words... It’s as if he’s done this before!
Then, the magic happens. I don’t know what he did, or how he did it, but there was a flash of lightning, and suddenly an explosion- 8 simultaneous cumshot explosions to be exact! But was it really Dexter who serviced all these men of the secret service? We’ll never know for sure, because even though we used top of the line computer software to slow down the surveillance footage, all that could be seen was a blurry streak of dyed blonde hair, followed by Dexter wiping SOMETHING away from his lips.
I never noticed this before, but the time of this incident just happened to be right around when they became extremely popular...
ahh, it’s just a coincidence!
Oh wait, I’m sorry, I was thinking about a completely different song (probably “Mr. Brownstone” by GnR, or some shit).
“Kill the president” is about killing the president. Hope I didn’t waste too much of anyone’s time. -
This song, in my opinion, is about how The Offspring disagree with the way our country is governed. Also, maybe somewhat what some assasins think when they kill the president.
