It's about a couple who are are both Irish immigrants in New York.
They are dysfunctional and argumentative and both have substance abuse problems. -
A christmas love song about a down on his luck drunk and his girlfriend/wife their trouble their arguments but at the end of it all it's christmas and they love each other.
