Seven Nation Army Lyrics

White Stripes,
Seven Nation Army

I'm gonna fight 'em off
A seven nation army couldn't hold me back
They're gonna rip em off
Taking their time right behind my back

And I'm talking to myself at night
Because I can't forget
Back and...

Seven Nation Army: 7 Nation Army is mentioned in the Bible in the conquest of Canaan.

Seven Nations — the name also refers to the seven original Celtic nations of Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Cornwall, Galecia, Isle of Man, and Brittany. Since the Queen of England is mentioned in the song, this sort of makes sense.

I think the song refers to a great scam perpetrated on the world. I think the last verse is a metaphor of the Wizard of Oz.

i'm going to wichita- (Kansas is Dorthy's home)
far from this opera forever more
i'm gonna work the straw.....(scarecrow)(biblical reference of baking bricks without straw)(research strawman concept..a great scam)
make the sweat drip out of every pore
    and i'm bleedin'
    and i'm bleedin'
    and i'm bleedin'
right before the lord (symbolically the wizard)
All the words are gonna bleed from me and I will THINK no more. (Scarecrow lack of brain)
and the stains coming from my blood tell me go back home....(no place like home)

In the video, during the part ,"bleeding before the lord", a green tongue of fire appears over his head. This would also support the wizard of oz theory in that the wizard's image was green and surrounded with fire. The video also used a constant moving triangle shape graphic effect. This is similar to the triangular shaped hallway that led up to the wizard's chamber.

I think Mr. White is smarter than we give him credit. He obviously is not afraid to use symbolism or make biblical references as in "Get behind me Satan".

I think it's glimpses of the words and experience of someone who's trapped in painful thoughts and distrust, and what this drives them to do. He gets very defensive, and finally he runs away and tries to kill himself (maybe metaphorically) to stop the thoughts, but instead of being liberated, the thoughts are there and draw him back in. Maybe he'll have to face something he didn't want to face. Or maybe it's just paranoid delusions and a punishing cycle.

This song is about possibly Jack White and how the media is driving him mad. Near the end of the song where he says "I'm going to Witchita/I'm gonna work the straw/let the sweat drop from every pore" he's going to live the simpler life that doesn't include the media, even if it means hard labor, but eventually he doesn't like the labor and finds that he has to go back to the music biz.

My interpretation is that he feels pressure and its all goings on behind he's back.and warning them if they dont lay off of him he's ready to fight bloody Back.and he wants his Guardian Angels and the Lord to have his Back in protecting Him.He wants to go back to the Sacred World that's in Hes Mind. For He's going back. And You can't Stop him .Cause he is ready to fight Satan. His Angels are telling him to leave it alone.Butt he's thoughts are torchering.in his head.so he have to had a cigarette.to quiet himself. His Angels tell him to Leave it Alone.

It is most certainly about the Illuminati. The seven nation army is about global domination and a one world government. The terrifying "New World Order," much quoted by Bush senior. We are seeing this now with the global pandemic, they are using it as a means to spread fear and control the masses. "Everyone knows about it, from the queen of England to the hounds of hell" is the most telling lyric to me. All of these people know, but will not discuss publicly what is really happening. He can't sleep and is talking to himself at night because he's psychologically tortured by what he has seen after joining. The end with the bleeding, "All the words are going to bleed from me and I will sing no more." He knows that he's already sold his soul "to the devil," in the sense that he will suffer in the end for joining and promoting their evil agenda. He fantasizes about escaping it but knows in the end, that he never will. Watch the video, it is chocked FULL of symbolism relating to this topic.

If you have read about it at all, NWO, Illuminati, Satanist controllers whatever you want to call it, you will understand exactly what it is about. There are so so many musicians and actors who have directly referenced these topics if you don't believe me, look it up yourself. There is one interview with Katt Williams where he is specifically asked whether or not he joined Illuminati. He says no but that he fears them because they actively work to ruin his reputation and career as retribution for not joining.

HE wants to conquer and rule the world (globalists). But HE can't organize good life. He leaves it and doesn't care (...I'm gonna serve it to you) and goes for another try to "find a (new) home" which is US (Wichita the main air-force base). But the truth is not on his side (I'm bleeding right before the Lord). He knows he will fail and go HOME to Got (die or get wild-"I will think no more").

The 7 nation army refers to the 7 arab armies that invaded the state of Israeli after its creation. "im going to fight em off" Israel defeats the 7 armies. "the feeling in my bones says find a home" and "go back" home could mean the Jews going back to Israel to set up a state and escape the persecution in Europe."everyones got a story to tell" and everyone knows about it" could also mean about how every Jew who survived the holocaust has a story and everyone knows about the holocaust!!

The queen of England refers to the Monarch mind control and the hounds of help are the "ELITE". He is without being too blatant about it saying what maybe he and what most MK' d artist go through. Try to break free and live a simple life but most go crazy and are either killed I.e. Tupac, Michael Jackson, Elvis, Kurt Cobain, Marilyn Monroe, etc. Knowledge is POWER.
