We The Kings: Art of War Meaning
Art of War Lyrics
Innocent and so alone
In a sense we were all alone
You could take my heart and you could take my home
But you'll never ever break my soul
No you'll never ever break my soul
But you know me
I wanna go...

i love this song so damn much because i really relate to it,, i have huge dreams which i really want to achieve but i feel like its hard but again, i remind myself that i can do it. my favorite part is probably ''youll never ever break my soul'' because people can take ur home and heart and break u down,, make u feel like u are worthless and cant achieve ur dreams but this song really makes me happy and excited to prove them wrong.. its my favorite song and i 100% recommend it to everyone. listen to it <3

It's by far my favorite from the album, I do feel it's more about battling anything in life. It's the one song that I feel really isn't a love song. "You'll never ever break my soul" for me I've struggled with feeling torn down by everyone around me. And it's one song that helps me stand tall and fight for what I want.

I feel it relates to me a lot since i was diagnosed with epilepsy last year and the lyrics really connect.
