No. It means that the narcissists are both trapped in and self aware of the destructive God complex of their false self and the lyrics are YOU BETTER LOOK OUT BELOW

I think the song is about narcissistic parents, "something filled up my heart with nothing" refers to fake love. "Someone told me not to cry" refers to a narc parent telling a child to deny their emotions aka emotional abuse.
"Now that I'm older, my heart is colder, and I can see that it's a lie" refers to the child growing up and realizing the parents' love was fake.
"Children wake up, hold your mistake up, before they turn the summer into dust" refers to narcissists can't acknowledge their mistakes so the author is saying to children own your mistakes bc embracing the false self will destroy your life.
"If the children don't grow up, our bodies get bigger but our hearts get torn up, we're just a million little gods causing rain storms turning every good thing to rust" refers to achieving adulthood has nothing to do with maturity and narcissists tear their own hearts up w/self-abuse which ruins everything good in their lives.
"With my lighting bolts a glowing, I can see where I am going to be when the reaper he reaches and touches my hand" refers to the author's inner light and that the author does not fear death.
"You better look down below" refers to the author ultimately resides in heaven.
