   This song is about the loss of someone and the huge effect it has on a person. This could be a family member, a girlfriend, etc. It shows the significance this person had on one of the boys' life. I think it is a girlfriend, because they do say 'You still wonder if we made a big mistake' 'I don't mean to drag it on, but I can't seem to let you go' It shows how unwilling the guy is letting go of his girlfriend.

   Or it may just be one of the band members have a hand in this song. Not actually talking a female or male, but a relationship that is much like that. For example:your career takes off full blast with a certain group. Then said group slowly fade away into the background and it's over! You caught up yet? I can only imagine who may have had a hard in this particular song geee.. " I wish that this heart was not half broken". Also, who in said group were known too be very close? They had a very bad falling out. Eventually to be reunited apologizing after some very serious bumbs in life's winding road ! If you take a second of my opinion it's a song about Aaron and Brian's relationship. Brian's medical and Aaron's addiction.... Maybe I'm wrong, I'm not a genius but it seems like that could be legit!!

   This song is about a break up, where one side (in this case, the male) feels like he can not move on from her even though he wishes that he could, he just can’t. With evidence from the song like the part where it says, “I tried to carry on like I never knew you, I’m awake but my world t and though that is, he still feels that he is not fully awake. Another part is where he says, “I pray for this heart to be unbroken, but without you all i’m going to be is incomplete.” This here means that he wishes that he would not have been hurt because of this breakup, but he feels that without her, he is not complete, and that he is missing something (her). Later in the song, it comes to a part where it says, “I want to let you go” and though he says that, most of the song points out how he is sad, and that he misses her, and how he wants to be with her, like where it says, “Baby, my baby, is written on your face” which means that he still believes that she is his. Which also in the song where he also talks about how it is not only him that think they should have stayed together, like where it says, “You still, wonder, if we made a big mistake” which means that he isn’t the only one in the relationship that still thinks they should be together. is half asleep.” this means that he tries to continue to live his life as if they had never mee

   It's about his struggle with addiction. It's a beautiful song. He talked about it in a BSB documentary.

   That he lost his soulmate that no mater what he does to try to get over her his heart calls to her and won't let him forget. When they say I'm awake but my world is half asleep I think he's trying to say as he's here and coherant but stuck in a dream and half dead cause he can't face the reality of the loss

   This song is about having a broken heart and wearing it on your sleeve as the whole world can tell you're broken or incomplete. All you want to do is cry your heart out and bleed, because the loss you experienced is far too greaty to bear.

   This song confirms that they are gay. Noticed this the second time I saw the video. The lyrics appear to be about heartbreak. However, no women appear in the video at all. Instead it appears they are singing to each other. Probably singing about the heartbreak when they separated and stopped writing songs.
   What a great comeback song. Confirming that you are gay. Genius......
