Beck: Loser Meaning
Song Released: 1994
Loser Lyrics
Butane in my veins and I’m out to cut the junkie
With the plastic eyeballs, spray-paint the vegetables
Dog food stalls with the beefcake pantyhose
Kill the headlights and put it in neutral
Stock car...

Did you just make that up right now? how could you possibly come to that conclusion? HE JUST RHYMES!

Well its hard to interpret this song, it takes a lot of deep thinking... It means that beck is mad less at himself as to his probable ex-girlfriend, she was smothering him (suffocating if you will). not letting him talk ,or making him afraid to. It shows some expected abuse, and as a final blow to Beck his ex tells him he is not good enough, and making him think "why didn't she just kill me and get rid of the torture!"
-
Haha! Like most beck songs the words just rhyme...Which is why I love beck.
-
What's this song about? I'm pretty sure it's about a relationship that crumbles and that beck has self-pity about it because he feels he's responsible and wants the girl to admit it because she deserves better. What do you think?
