The big fat bass is a big fat cock. Britney likes that big fat bass in her tight widdle “treble”. Will I Am has written a dirty song, taking advantage of Britney’s naïveté. I don’t think she knows what he had in mind when he was writing this.

"I can be your treble, baby, you can be my bass" - They can work together (aka dance together) like treble and bass do within music. Sort of like saying "You're the peanut butter to my jelly"

    "Hey
You see me down on the floor
I want you to take me higher
Till I can't take it no more"

This part she's waiting for the guy to make a move on her.

    "It's gettin bigger
    The bass is gettin bigger"

His erection is gettin harder and harder.

    "And now
You see me up in the sky
    I was rockin the bottom
Now look at me I can fly"

She's moved from being on the bottom to ontop and showin how she works it.

"I can be your treble baby
    You can be my bass"

This is her moaning high pitched and clear while the guy is grunting in a low voice. Pretty self explanatory.
