""Darkness at the edge of town'' was[is] the most powerful album by BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN that came out struggling in the Rock and Roll era of the 70's that gave meaning to and from a fan male perspective, when losing just about everything. BUT still having the deep faith that was[is] needed for oneself, according to my beliefs in God that triumphed above all the So and So ''attachments'' we carry around on our backs. Just meaning for instance when we are hoarding negative thoughts and beliefs, getting pushed to the edge with them like a cornered rat, but given the strength and faith to hold our ground and to just cut them loose and shake them of our backs, so that we can free ourselves from the weight of this world sort of speaking. In order that we could be lighter if we want to make it up that Hill and not to be afraid if we need to live with the ''Darkness at the Edge of Town'' or just take of the edge if needed when one is enlightened and empowered in the higher Spirit.
