Nebraska is a first person narrative written from the perspective of Charles Starkweather. In 1959, Starkweather killed the parents of his 14 year old girlfriend, Carol Fugate in Lincoln, Nebraska. He and Fugate then went on a killing spree through Nebraska though Wyoming, leaving 10 people dead.
