   This song is meant for everyone but mostly for the people in the world who are feeling as if they're not good enough and are at the point of giving up.    I think that Not Today means that when you fell like giving up you listen to that song and you hear "No not today" from the song.Which is telling you to not give up and to live life to the fullest.I also think that when people fell like they want to die the song is telling you to not die today or any other day. When people are ARMY and they listen to the song then they might think that I shouldn't die today.

   This is actually based of a story about a kid living in sadness and the 7 boys take the boy from his town and the citizens were not happy because the boy was the only way for them to be happy so the citizens chased the 7 boys 4 died and 3 survived that’s the theme of the song but it also means to not give up and don’t let anyone bring you down.
