Gonna Wanna Tonight Lyrics

If you wanna climb a ladder on a water tower
Then we'll kick it with the stars for a couple hours
If you wanna then we're gonna have to give it a try

Pay no attention to the crazy person writing about how this song is about sex.

They clearly don't understand romance, intimacy, and enjoying the little moments with someone you care about.

This song is about fun. It's about getting out where no one else is and being with only that other person. Chase already said it's about a guys mind just hoping the girl he's interested in is thinking about him the same way. Ever here the lyrics "I want you to want me"? Same sentiment.

Until the lyrics are changed to use the word woman and not girl, this is just another in a long line of songs meant to convince a young female to come out into the dark where no one else can see or hear a guy try to have sex with her. Sadly, lyrics won't change unless people are educated in not wanting to be a predator. I do not know who Chase Rice is and never heard of him before I went searching for the lyrics to this song -- because they bothered me -- and I mean Mr. Rice no ill will except to to hopefully enlighten him to the idea that what he says and sings has an impact, and in my case, a bad one.

I work in a place that frequently plays songs like this one with similar lyrics. I wish they would use some common sense about picking songs for the store's soundtrack rather than catering to what they think men shopping for tools want to hear. Being repetitively exposed to this type of song can haunt your dreams.
