Eve doesn't come into the song until the second part."...trail of blood between her legs" is about how she fled the garden of Eden long before Eve came along. And if you didn't know Lilith was Adam first wife in the Garden of Eden, but she ran away after he tried to force her to have sex from his under-side (missionary). Thus she fled and became the first Vampire/Succubus!
