   What idiotic "interpretations"!! Nazis? Not a Christian are you? This song is about someone lost in faith and being encouraged to come back and not be lost. Jesus reign for a thousand years when he returns. He is the one that will stick with you for a thousand years and nothing can touch you. The song ends with "wish upon wish upon day on oh lord I believe all the way.

   A uptomistically hopeful song by BOWIE[r.i.p] about still continuing believing and having faith in the coming ''Golden Years'' with The Lord in mind and encouraging His love[baby,angel] to rise in thought and spirit from the ashes of the past and not to look back at The Fall of Germany's ''Golden Years'' that was supposed to last for a thousand years, which was cut short and put on hold by The Zionist Communist Nazis on the left who scattered the social Fascists[democrats] and their shadows all over the world after the war. Where he once did, and would still sleep with her for those thousand years promised, out of love and emphaty for her and her country. Now being and traveling on the future's ''Golden Years'' that met her there again in order to bring her back from her beaten past with hope for making a new and better life for themselves.
