I think Alison is a woman he had a deep crush on when he was younger; probably such a deep crush that he worshipped her... but for some reason could never get close.
Those type of relationships are obsessive by nature. One continues to want something they can't have, and it's so easy to take images out of ones memory and construct dreams of what might have happened if they could just make the person see that they were the ones who were meant for them.
He feels humiliated that this object of his obsession went ahead and married someone else; yet, feels avenged that the one she wanted didn't want her either.
Her retched state drove her to have sex with his "little friend", who he probably considers inferior to himself.
For that,he feels dirty and embarrassed that he has allowed himself to become so occupied over a long period of time over this person he now considers a cheap, worthless slut.
    He also feels betrayed.
He wants to kill her and/or memories he has of ever wanting her.

Still in love with Alison.... probably a really hot girl who never gave him a chance. Other guys were lifting up her party dress. She is a flirt. Now he is disgusted to learn that Alison has become a porno actress. He wishes someone would "put out the big light", i.e., the bright movie projector light that illuminates 20-30 foot images of her on the screen. He knows that "this world [porno] is killing you". His "aim is true", that is, his motive and intentions are pure, to stop her from this sinful life; also double meaning - - his accuracy and "aim" will be on point as he will shoot out the projector bulb if need be. "sometimes I wish that I could stop you from talking when I hear the silly things that you say" - - this song is from late 70's - - porno films were cheesy and poorly produced with awful dialogue. He sings "I can't stand to see you this way..."
