I feel like is emphasising a 'toxic' relationship she was in and she became dependant on him but after it all ended that even though she missed him she still keeps fighting she became independent and strong she is allowing herself to smile and as she learns more about life, love and herself she's maturing which all females and males should do, there's still hope to find love that'll last and / or worth millions

Ending a relationship for her own good even tho she loves him with everything in her and she always will , even when she heals she’ll still remember him. But she has to move on and go on with her life.

    Addiction and pain
Hurt, love, God, she loved the lifestyle because that’s all she knew but the Holy Spirit saved her she doesn’t have to live past constant she learning how to love how to live and keeps the past in her head along with her present as a reminder that in this case the grass is greener on the other side she didn’t know everything don’t require a quick fix well not anything worth keeping anyways and it all gets better in time

The song depicts The end of a good relationship. When youre separated from your partner and know that you can't be together anymore of course it hurts and it's far from easy. When you can't be with your partner for whatever reason, it does hurt like hell at first when you know that you can't express your love and affection to them when you really want to. In the song Leona is expressing how hard and suffocating the end of a relationship can be, and she's saying that it isn't easy, but she knows what it takes to heal a broken heart and to draw that smile back on her face, and the answer is "it will all get better in time". The truth is that Time heals all wounds, and as a result it makes you stronger!

It's a song expressing the feelings of letting go of someone. She loves whomever she's singing about. Loves them and misses them. For whatever the reason they can not be together. She knows she must let go and has let go and is healing from this. It is hurting her but she knows and hopes it will get easier with time. They say time heals all.

I think this song mean that basically when you get out of a relationship and you get hurt, or when you lose some you loved deeply, you are hurt yes. You're learning that'll eventually you will get better through time, but you have to let your scars heal.

I think the song is about a former relationship she is hurting from ,but even though it hurts she knows it will get better in time.

"Thought I couldn't live without you
It's gonna hurt when it heals too
It'll all get better in time
And even though I really love you
I'm gonna smile cause I deserve to
It'll all get better in time "
She means when her broken-heart heals, it's still going to hurt her, but she just wants to smile again
