#3 top rated interpretation:“two bitches at the same time, synchronized swimmers
got the girl twisted ‘cause she open when you twist her
never met the bitch, but I f-ck her like I missed her
life is the bitch, and death is her sister “
I did not read the lyrics as offensive toward women.
“bitches” is US rap for women
First sentence is rapper boasting that he has two girl friends.
Second sentence is a pun of twisted meaning 1)To pull, break, or snap by turning and 2)To alter or distort the mental, moral, or emotional character of
Second sentence means that he is able to chat-up women by being immoral.
The third sentence is self explanatory. The rapper is being derogatory about himself by explaining how shallow he is and by extention men are. He feigned love to get his way with women.
The forth sentence creates the juxtaposition by contrasting men to be shallow and boastful but women are the universe. I paraphrase:
Women are life.
Death is her sister.
Sleep is her cousin
The rap then continues with the rapper trying to separate himself from worldly issues by stating that he knows Father time and Mother Nature but he is no relation.
This rap to me is about escapism.
One other thing,
The title of the rap is a political statement.
“Six-foot, seven-foot, eight-foot bunch”
This is a quote taken form a Harry Belefonte song and refers to an Accountant (Tally man in Jamaican) counting bananas that a Jamaican small holder produced to calculate how much he would pay.
Background is that when slavery ended in the West Indies it was replaced by a capitalistic type of slavery that meant that peope were forced to work on very small strips of poor mountain land to produce cash crops for export.
They had no control over the price of what they produced.
Emancipation just replaced the slave overseer/owner with the Tally man.
The rapper is using this as a metaphor.
He is not talking about counting bananas in the song he is talks about money.
As he counts his money, he escapes into a world where he is truly free.
Anyway that is my take on it.

so even though this song was sampled from the song day - o it is not about slave labour, it is about how little wayne counts his $. Also 6x7 could have been the amount of space in his jail cell. In the background of the song they are saying stack banana, another sample from day - o

Basic interpretation: "I am a gangster, therefore, to be in an altercation with me is very undesirable. I am in possession of a large number of illegal firearms, narcotics and women, who are at my sexual disposal. I am not afraid to kill you, even for an act as simple as mentioning my rap, or government name in a disrespectful manner. I am the most skilled lyricist of any rapper ever, and I have more money than anyone you know. I enjoy the act of ingesting cannabis through the method of combustion and inhalation, and I often drink an opiate-based cough syrup mixed with Sprite and Jolly Ranchers hard candies. I am the best" - the basic theme of EVERY Lil' Wayne song.
