Nobody's Listening Lyrics
The number one question is how could you ignore it
We drop right back in the cut over basement tracks
With raps that got you backing this up like
Rewind that we're just rolling with the...

#1 top rated interpretation:This song relate to me a lot, in my family everything I say or do I don't get notice by anyone. This song is basically saying someone is trying to get attention, credit for something or even just to say I love you or explain a problem at school, but in the end they end up being shun or ignored. :(

He's explained the global system of control and intelligence and the state of Humanity's oppression as voluntary slaves inside a prison of the mind on Earth - a people farm. He has used list lyrics in many songs in this album to express these grave sentiments. He's angry that no one sees his meaning. These forces control us from every side and level of our minds. We are trapped in a distraction. He feels he has no reason to exist anymore. In our simulation. He talks a lot about how he's tried to tell us. He has nothing to gain. Once you understand the severity of the present situation, you'd see that we are trapped in life and more importantly, in death. But don't worry. If no one believes it is it real?

Honestly I believe it could be about multiple things. I feel this Song connects to so many people so a lot of different reasons.
This Song is one of my favourite songs of all time. Not going to lie.
For me, as a writer, I feel this song connects to one of my characters in particular more than anyone else.
My character, Brian. He was in a abusive relationship for years. He tried to tell people in his own way but no one listened. No one Picked up on it. After braking up with this person he tried to warm others and his family about this person and what'd they'd done but no one wanted to listen to him. Telling me he was bitter about the loss of his relationship and that this person was really nice and would never have done anything to him.
It relates well "(Tried to give you warning but everyone ignores me)
Told you everything loud and clear
(But nobody’s listening)
(Called to you so clearly but you don’t want to hear me)
Told you everything loud and clear
(But nobody’s listening)" It says everything about what he dose. Tried to tell them but no one was listening.
"I got a heart full of pain, head full of stress
handfull of anger, held in my chest" It hurts they don't believe. He's stressed by it. He angry they wont listen. -
I strongly think it's about being forced to be like everyone else and hating it.
the line" yo, peep the style and the kids checking for it"
is about changing your outer presence to fit in.
"in the meantime there are those who want to talk this and that" saying how they say there way is the only right way
" I suppose it gets to a point were feelings gotta get hurt" time to stand up for what you know what's right even if you hurt those arrogant people
"tried to give you warning but everyone ignores me"
Shows that for their way of thinking they are now suffering from their mistake(s)
''heart full of pain" shows the that they probably hurt you or made you an outcast
''head full of stress, handful of anger, held in my chest"
again shows how much you have building inside you to just go with the crowd no matter how much you think it's wrong
"Nothing to gain. Everything to fear" shows that you will never change their minds, and that they will probably silence you for you being ''different"
"Coming at you from every side'' shows the consequences are now coming for those arrogant people you had warned
This song really connects with me in school with all the "cool" kids doing the dumbest things that I know they will pay for in the future -
I feel that it's about being ignored and trying to get someone to notice how much it hurts.
-
I thought that song is about a person running amok ... Even though that person warned them on the internet or with his/her behaviour ... They all ignored that person and that's why they have to bear the consequences now.
In the Booklet of the CD you can see a person with a gun in the page with the lyrics of that song.
It also can be about a person who's torturing himself on purpose so the people see what they did with their ignorance to him. -
This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
