This song is about transformation. When you look at it with the album as a whole, you see this is the turning point. The entire album is about becoming the Antichrist, and follows the transformation of a boy throughout the album. The entire ending of the song is about how the transformation is completed, and the time has come for bitter things (this paragraph is also use in his song Antichrist Superstar)
