I'm pretty sure this song is about his children(he only had Prince and Paris at that time). He's just singing about how how much he loves them and how much they mean to him. He was always lonely, being famous and never having childhood and friends and his children and when he had his kids he wasn't as lonely. He sings about how they took away his pain and helped him to be a better man.

People say it’s about his children. maybe michael was talking about his children and God. Another one Best of Joy i think it might be about God and maybe someone else. Speechless is definitely about God though. I’m a very emotional, spiritual person and i can’t listen to these 3 songs without crying and when i hear them i only can think about angels, Michael or God. But that’s just me

Wether this was written for his children or not, I believe this song is about God. This song directly shows the feeling that you have when you finally realize how loving, accepting, beautiful and amazing God is.

Michael grew fast; he had to grow up quickly. He was seriously performing at the age of five years. We know for a fact that his father, Joseph Jackson was very strict and not only on him, but his brothers. We are very well aware that Michael had no childhood whatsoever.

SO; suffice it to say, he grow up lonely in the fact he was always conversing with adults ( other than his brothers, of course ). He talked often about wanting to go outside and play, but never could because he always had to work. I honestly believe that one of the reasons Michael is so smart is because he grew up around adults. The other part is just a God-given talent..... he was also a genius in music, writing, dancing and he used it all for good . He was always not only helping sick children, but he took the time to visit them on 30 different continents as well as digging over $350 million out of his own pocket to help care for these children.

Michael always wanted children; Lisa Marie ready to have children, so Michael went forth with his wish with Debbie Rowe. Period .

That's cool Spazola...but, Michael said himself; this song was written to/about his children.

    HOWEVER:
"Speechless".....even though he puts in a line that throws it off a tad... THIS song has GOT to be about God!

Michael hated the illuminati and the music industry with all their lies, stealing and control. When he started talking about it...a LOT...all of a sudden; he's dead.
We live in a cesspool of a world. Michael was always writing/singing about making the world; us and everything that's in it, a better place. He found God. I just know it.

You'll have to listen to "Speechless" on YouTube or something. I didn't see it here. If you REALLY listen... you start out thinking he's talking about a woman or a lover...but, soon; very soon into it, I hear words spoken to God ~

This beautiful melody was written for his three children who obviously meant the world to him.

It was really written for his kids, which is understandable, but me and my mom both think he's singing about God.
