This song is about the Dnepropetrovsk maniacs. The maniacs are 2 boys from the Ukraine who murdered 21 people with blunt objects. They were sentenced to life in prison for premeditated murder, animal cruelty, and robbery. A third conspirator was arrested for robbery but was not connected with the murders. The murders occurred between June 25, 2007 and July 16, 2007.
